SPEND A DAY AT THE LIBRARY

You are feeling overwhelmed by the news and deadlines at work, and decide to take a day off from everything in the middle of the week. You turn off your phone, shut down your laptop and head to your town’s oldest library. On you way, you stop at your favourite cafe and pour some coffee in your big brown mug. Then you stride as fast as you can to the century-old library, and find a dimly lit room with nothing but books and a big window with no grills. You start updating your journal and end up writing a few verses instead. The only sound you can hear is the rustling of leaves and the occasional footsteps of the librarian shuffling books in the next room.

After the library closes for the day, you head back home and turn on your phone. There are hundred unread messages and mails but you are not feeling overwhelmed by it anymore. As long as you have your library pass, everything will be okay.
