B2B Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the architect and interior designer community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other relevant firms in the home decor space.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive B2B sales and revenue growth.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential B2B clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from Altrove's product range.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with B2B clients.
- Track and report on business development activities and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted B2B marketing materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Represent Altrove at industry events and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in business development or sales, preferably within the home decor or related industry.
- Established network or an understanding of the architect and interior design community.
- Ability to multitask and manage a pipeline of leads effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Warehouse Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Implement and manage efficient inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Manage end-to-end logistics support, coordinating with suppliers and delivery partners.
- Ensure proper organization and storage of all inventory to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse records and reports.
- Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in warehouse management or a similar role.

- Contribute to the development of visual guidelines and brand consistency across all platforms.
- Support the team with photo editing and manipulation using Photoshop.
- Assist in the creation of presentations and mockups using Canva and MS PowerPoint.
- Stay updated on current graphic design trends and best practices for digital platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop and MS Office Suite, especially MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent visual and creative skills with a strong attention to detail.
