B2B Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the architect and interior designer community.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other relevant firms in the home decor space.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive B2B sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential B2B clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from Altrove's product range.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with B2B clients.
  • Track and report on business development activities and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted B2B marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Represent Altrove at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in business development or sales, preferably within the home decor or related industry.
  • Established network or an understanding of the architect and interior design community.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a pipeline of leads effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing relationships with architects and interior design firms in Pune and surrounding areas.
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and B2B sales strategies.

Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Implement and manage efficient inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics support, coordinating with suppliers and delivery partners.
  • Ensure proper organization and storage of all inventory to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse records and reports.
  • Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
  • Experience with managing end-to-end logistics processes, including packaging, delivery and shipping.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.

Graphic Design Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the graphic design team in creating visual assets for Altrove's website, social media, marketing materials, and packaging.
  • Develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with Altrove's brand identity.
  • Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns and website banners.
  • Contribute to the development of visual guidelines and brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Support the team with photo editing and manipulation using Photoshop.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and mockups using Canva and MS PowerPoint.
  • Stay updated on current graphic design trends and best practices for digital platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.  
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop and MS Office Suite, especially MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent visual and creative skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.  
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.

Interior Design Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the interior design team in developing concepts and presentations for home decor styling and product placement.
  • Conduct research on current interior design trends, furniture, and accessories relevant to Altrove's aesthetic.
  • Create mood boards, space planning layouts, and visual presentations using Canva and MS PowerPoint.
  • Assist in sourcing and selecting furniture, textiles, and decorative items.
  • Support the team in creating visual merchandising concepts for online platforms and potential physical spaces.
  • Assist in the creation of style guides and guidelines for product photography and content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design consistency across all platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of design principles, space planning, and furniture styles.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and MS Office Suite, especially MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong visual communication skills and an understanding of aesthetic principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.  
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).

Textile Design Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the textile design team in research and development of new textile designs, patterns, and textures.
  • Create and present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes.
  • Assist in the creation of technical specifications and production-ready artwork.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
  • Stay updated on current textile trends, techniques, and innovations within the home decor industry.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and sample management.
  • Contribute to the development of textile designs for various product categories including cushions, bedding, and other home accents.
  • Utilize design software to create and modify textile patterns and layouts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design with a textile focus, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of textile manufacturing processes, fibers, and weaves.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and MS Office Suite, especially MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong visual and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
