B2B Business Development Manager

Location: Pune, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the architect and interior designer community.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other relevant firms in the home decor space.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive B2B sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential B2B clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from Altrove's product range.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with B2B clients.
  • Track and report on business development activities and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted B2B marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Represent Altrove at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in business development or sales, preferably within the home decor or related industry.
  • Established network or an understanding of the architect and interior design community.

Product Manager

Location: Pune, India

The Product Development Manager will lead and inspire a high-performing design team of designers, driving creative vision from concept through to final product. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding sourcing products, demonstrated success in vendor management, and helping translate creative vision and themes into high-quality collections. This role requires a collaborative and extremely well-organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven business, and is a mentor as well as a hands-on sourcing and vendor manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trend Research & Market Analysis: Proactively identify trends and consumer insights using global trend research and competitor benchmarking. Adapt macro trends into commercially viable concepts for retail and e-commerce.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, and mentor a team of designers – setting clear goals, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment. Lead by example, working hands-on with both juniors and peers.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Digital team to understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors to deliver complete technical specifications, including patterns, fabric choices, and stitching techniques to the selected vendor and coordinate closely through to final production and delivery of the merchandise.
  • Sourcing and Technical Oversight: Create mockups, Review samples, and approve construction details. Troubleshoot quality issues alongside vendors, ensuring brand consistency and superior quality.
  • Pricing: Ensure best-in-class execution for product lines, balancing aesthetics with technical feasibility, production efficiency, and target margin requirements.
  • Project & Calendar Management: Ensure multiple projects are tracked and delivered on schedule, aligned with go-to-market and seasonal deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product or Vendor Management, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience developing home décor products (primarily textiles)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of sourcing, fabric selection, and manufacturing processes.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and rapid product development cycles.

Customer Experience Manager

Location: Pune, India


At Altrove, we believe that every customer interaction is a reflection of our design ethos - intentional, thoughtful, and human. As our Omni-channel Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our online store and physical retail experience. If you enjoy problem-solving, have an eye for aesthetics, and thrive in high-touch customer environments, we’d love to meet you. This role is onsite, full-time, based out of our studio in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

  • Handle post-sale queries across email, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and website chat.
  • Resolve issues related to delays, exchanges, damages, and refunds with grace and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with our warehouse for replacements and dispatches.
  • Maintain accurate inventory on Zoho and Shopify.
  • Share insights with the digital and merchandising team to enhance customer experience.

Operations & Admin Support:

  • Assist the accounts team with COD settlements and refund tracking.
  • Support store operations including inventory checks, packaging, billing coordination, and customer follow-ups
  • Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment cycles with the warehouse.
  • Maintain system hygiene across Shopify, Zoho, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Escalate service issues proactively and participate in weekly reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Confidence in handling customers in-person and online

Preferred Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the graphic design team in creating visual assets for Altrove's website, social media, marketing materials, and packaging.
  • Develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with Altrove's brand identity.
  • Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns and website banners.
  • Contribute to the development of visual guidelines and brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Support the team with photo editing and manipulation using Photoshop.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and mockups using Canva and MS PowerPoint.
  • Stay updated on current graphic design trends and best practices for digital platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.  
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop and MS Office Suite, especially MS PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the interior design team in developing concepts and presentations for home decor styling and product placement.
  • Conduct research on current interior design trends, furniture, and accessories relevant to Altrove's aesthetic.
  • Create mood boards, space planning layouts, and visual presentations using Canva and MS PowerPoint.
  • Assist in sourcing and selecting furniture, textiles, and decorative items.
  • Support the team in creating visual merchandising concepts for online platforms and potential physical spaces.
  • Assist in the creation of style guides and guidelines for product photography and content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design consistency across all platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of design principles, space planning, and furniture styles.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and MS Office Suite, especially MS PowerPoint.
