How Do I Reset My Password?

Yes, to ensure the best post-sales experience, we need your details. We ensure you that your details will not be disclosed. 
  
Is My Personal Information Secure? How Can I Edit My Personal Info?
We ensure that the data you have entered is strictly confidential. It’ll just help us understand you better so that we can provide you better services in the future. To edit your personal info, you can visit your account (top right) to make the changes you want.
  
I signed up for emails but did not receive my PROMO code. 
The promo code should be emailed to you immediately, but sometimes your email provider can hold the email. In some cases, it can take up to an hour to receive.
   
How Do I Unsubscribe From Your Services?
You can click 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of any of our emails.   
    
What Happens If My Credit/Debit Card Has Been Compromised While Making A Payment Online?
We use a third party payment gateway and do not collect or store your credit card information. If you suspect any fraud, please contact your bank immediately.   
   
  
ORDER FAQ'S 
   
When will my order ship?
We usually ship within 2 days of receiving your order. Your order will reach you in 5-9 business days. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Made to order items will have longer processing and shipping times. Please refer to the individual product pages for more details of shipping timelines.. When your order does ship we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information. Please check your spam folders if you are unable to find this email. We are unable to edit shipping addresses once your order has shipped.  
  
My tracking number is not working.
Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update. We often send tracking when the label is created so it sometimes needs time to leave the warehouse. 
  
How do I make a change in my order?
Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes. Although we do not process standard exchanges, you may request a return label and re-purchase the item that you prefer. Please read our detailed shipping and return policy here.  
  
Can I combine discount codes? 
No. Discount and sale codes are only applicable for one discount per order.
   
Can I apply a current discount code to an already placed order? If the order was submitted within the promoted time frame of the sale we will honor the sale. We cannot apply discounts to transactions made outside of the promoted sale time frame.
    
Do you ship Internationally?
We ship textile products Internationally at courier cost. Please place an order with the following shipping address and reach  out to us with your shipping details via Email, Chat or Whatsapp.

What measurement units are used on this site?
All measurements are in inches unless otherwise noted.  
  
How do I clean my textile products?
Please read the care instructions on the website. When in doubt, spot clean or hand-wash.    
  
Where are your products made?
Our Products are all made in INDIA. Sometimes raw materials are imported from other countries.
     
My product is bleeding color. What's wrong?
A lot of our products use natural dyes like Indigo which bleed the first few washes. To avoid bleeding, spot clean as required.  
    
My product seems defective or does not match the website. Why is that? Our products are mostly handmade and are never exactly identical. WE take photos in natural light and you may find slight color variations as per your phone screen or monitor's display settings. We do however, strive to maintain the best quality possible, so if there is something you are dissatisfied with please feel free to reach out via email.
