How do I register for an Altrove account?
Sign up by clicking the account icon on our website and entering your email. This helps you track orders, save favorites, and manage returns easily.

I forgot my password. What now?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password via email.

Do I need to share my email and phone number?
Yes. We require this info to process orders and send updates.

Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and never share or sell your data. You can update your details anytime in your account settings.

I signed up for emails but didn’t get a promo code.
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, email us and we’ll assist.

How do I unsubscribe from emails or messages?
Click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email or contact us directly.

What if my card details are compromised?
We don’t store your card info. If you suspect fraud, contact your bank immediately and notify us for support.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
In-stock items ship from Pune within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order items take 3–4 weeks. We send tracking details once shipped.

My tracking number isn’t working.

Tracking activates within 24 hours. If it’s still inactive, reach out and we’ll help.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 4 hours of placing your order to request changes. After processing starts, modifications may not be possible.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship textiles internationally with a flat ₹2000 shipping fee.

What are your shipping charges?

We charge a flat rate of ₹100 for prepaid orders, ₹250 for COD orders (available only for orders under ₹10,000 on Altrove products), and ₹2000 for international textile shipments.

What units of measurement do you use?
All dimensions are in inches unless specified otherwise.

How should I clean my textiles?
Hand wash in cold water or dry clean delicate items. Follow the care label instructions.

Where are your products made?
Our designs are crafted in India, collaborating with artisans and boutique manufacturers.

My product is bleeding color. What should I do?
Some natural dyes may release excess color initially. Wash separately and follow care instructions.

The product looks different from the photos. Why?
Handmade items may vary in color, texture, or weave — this is expected and adds to their uniqueness.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

What if I changed my mind?

Returns for reasons other than defects or damage are considered case-by-case and may be eligible for store credit or exchange only if approved. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Offline & Bulk Orders

Do you offer in-store shopping?
Yes! Customers who shop directly from our Pune store and choose to take their items with them (instead of shipping) are eligible for a 15% in-store pickup discount.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer a 15% discounts for orders above Rs. 1 lac. For help placing bulk orders, please email us at support@altrove.in.
