RETURNS
We accept returns for defective or damaged products free of cost in the original packaging. Please inspect your item upon arrival. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of delivery with video proof.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. The customer will receive a full refund via the original payment method.
In case, the customer receives a package where the product is damaged, the customer shall be refunded the amount equivalent to the item damaged.
In this case refund will be made in the form of store credit only. 10% will be deducted for the transaction fee.
Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently.
For any returns, the cost of return will be borne by the customer. The delivery charges for any orders will not be refunded.
Sale items are not applicable for returns.
Affiliate brand products and made to order products have their own terms. Please read the individual product details.
CANCELLATION :
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
Custom made/Commissioned items cannot be returned or cancelled.
RETURNING A GIFT :
We are very sorry that your gift did not work for you. You cannot obtain Store Credit for a returned gift item; However, We can definitely process a Gift exchange for you for another Item.
