We accept returns for defective or damaged products free of cost in the original packaging. Please inspect your item upon arrival. All damage claims must be received within 48 Hours of delivery.
You may request a return for cushions and throws within 48 hours of delivery in case of any concerns. Please note that a reverse shipping fee will be applicable. In case of a return, we will only issue store credit. Products must be returned within 1 week of delivery.
For any other Returns, we will deduct a return shipping cost of 10% of the product cost and provide store credit for the balance.
Items are returnable only if unused, in the state you received it. Items Marked As ‘Final Sale’ Or 'Non-Returnable' Cannot Be Returned.
Affiliate brand products and made to order products have their own terms. Please read the individual product details.
All refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis. Once confirmed, we will process any refunds And/or provide credits within 15 Working days after we receive & check the returned goods. Transaction fee charges of 5% would not be refunded/reversed under any circumstances for any refund/reversal/cancellation or any other reasons.
In case the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, fee charges of 20% would not be refunded/reversed under any circumstances.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
Custom made/Commissioned items cannot be returned or cancelled.
