RETURNS
Returns & Refunds:
We accept returns for defective or damaged products free of cost. Please inspect your item upon arrival. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of delivery with video proof. We do not charge a reverse shipping fee for damaged or defective items, and issue only store credit or exchange for the item.
For all other returns or exchanges, we deduct a return shipping cost of 10% of the product cost and provide store credit for the balance. Items are returnable only if unused. Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or 'Non-Returnable' will not be accepted. Once your return or exchange is confirmed, we will process any refunds and/or provide credits within 15 working days after we receive & check the returned goods. Transaction fees of 5% are non-refundedable.
Please note: Products must be returned within 1 week of delivery and shipped in the original packaging. In case of refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery, we deduct a 20% fee.

Affiliate brand products and made to order products have their own terms. Please read the product details carefully. Additionally, actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently.
Cancellation:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. Customized or commissioned items cannot be returned or cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. The customer will receive a full refund via the original payment method.
Gifts:
Gifts can only be exchanged for another item, and not returned for cash or store credit.
