We accept returns for missing, defective or damaged products free of cost in the original packaging. Please inspect your item upon arrival. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of delivery.
For any other returns, we will deduct a return shipping cost of 10% of the product cost and provide store credit for the balance.
Items are returnable only if unused, In the state you received it. Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or 'Non-Returnable' cannot be returned
Products must be returned within two weeks from the date of delivery.
Returns for oversize items that travel via freight can be arranged by contacting altrove.in. Freight returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges.
Affiliate brand products and made to order products have their own terms. Please read the individual product details.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
Custom made/commissioned items cannot be returned or cancelled.
Returning a gift
We are very sorry that your gift did not work for you. You cannot obtain store credit for a returned gift item; however, we can definitely process a gift exchange for you for another item.

All refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis. Kindly reach out to us via whatsapp or email for any requests. Once confirmed, we will process any refunds and/or provide store credit within 15 working days after we receive & check the returned goods. Transaction fee charges of 5% would not be refunded/reversed under any circumstances for any refund/reversal/cancellation or any other reasons.
