We only accept returns for defective or damaged products free of cost in the original packaging. Please inspect your item upon arrival and take photos and videos of the damaged or defective product(s). All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of delivery.
Affiliate brand products and items marked 'made to order' products have their own terms. Please read the individual product details.

For any other return reason, kindly reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will examine the return on a case-by-case basis. If your return is approved by our returns team, we will deduct a return shipping cost of 20% of the product cost and provide store credit for the balance.
Items are returnable only if unused, In the state you received it. SALE items marked cannot be returned.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
Custom made/commissioned items cannot be returned or cancelled.

We are very sorry that your gift did not work for you. You cannot obtain store credit for a returned gift item; however, we can definitely process a gift exchange for you for another item.

Once confirmed, we will process any refunds and/or provide store credit within 15 working days after we receive & check the returned goods.
