Some products entail higher shipping costs which will reflect at Checkout. SHIPPING TIME :Shipping times will vary depending on whether the item is in our warehouse, shipping directly from the supplier, or made-to-order. Once shipped orders take 4-8 business days.PROCESSING TIME : Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Items that are made-to-order or customized will be commissioned by you when you place your order, and therefore will take longer to produce and ship (Typically between 3 to 4 weeks) Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
rETURNS : We accept returns for defective or damaged products free of cost in the original packaging. Please inspect your item upon arrival. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of delivery.For any other returns, we will deduct a return shipping cost of 10% of the product cost.
