SHIPPING CARRIER :
We Ship via ShipRocket, however suppliers shipping direct may use other shipping methods.  The tracking details and carrier information associated with your order will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

SHIPPING RATES :
We offer free shipping all over India for most of our products. Some products entail higher shipping costs which will reflect at Checkout. 

SHIPPING TIME :
Shipping times will vary depending on whether the item is in our warehouse, shipping directly from the supplier, or made-to-order. Once shipped orders take 4-8 business days.

PROCESSING TIME :  
Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Items that are made-to-order or customized will be commissioned by you when you place your order, and therefore will take longer to produce and ship (Typically between 3 to 4 weeks)

rETURNS :
We accept returns for defective or damaged products free of cost in the original packaging.  Please inspect your item upon arrival. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of delivery.
For any other returns, we will deduct a return shipping cost of 10% of the product cost. 
Items are returnable only if unused, in the state you received it. Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or 'Non-Returnable' cannot be returned 
Products must be returned within two weeks from the date of delivery. 

CANCELLATION : 
Orders once shipped Cannot Be Cancelled.
Custom Made/Commissioned Items Cannot Be Returned or Cancelled.

RETURNING A GIFT : 
We are very sorry that your gift did not work for you. You cannot obtain store credit for a returned gift item; however, we can definitely process a gift exchange for you for another item.
